The business grew out of a love for helping people understand themselves and one another. Self-discovery is at the core of career development. Whether you are just starting out or if you have been in the work force for years, connecting with personality type can help at any step of the game.

Haley G. Sims Haley Sims grew up in Mechanicsville, just outside of Richmond, Virginia. She left Richmond to attend James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. There, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology. Haley worked in JMU's Academic Advising and Career Development office as a student volunteer and then a graduate assistant. It is there that she became passionate about helping others learn more about themselves and each other. After her time at JMU, Haley moved back to Richmond and has been working in career counseling ever since. She loves helping people find their passion and enjoys giving them the tools they need to succeed in whatever career they want to pursue. Haley has been reviewing resumes and cover letters for eight years. She has been administering and giving MBTI® feedback for five years. She is MBTI® Certified.

David P. Sims David Sims was raised in Ashland, Virginia, just north of the city of Richmond. He attended the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Accounting at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. After several years in public accounting, David moved on to an Accounting/IT role at a local Civil Engineering firm.
